Voorhees, NJ – On October 9, 2018, LAEDA had a great opportunity to participate in the Camden CMO Resource Fair at the Voorhees Town Center. We were able to learn about different organizations that provide services to the community in the South Jersey region while also providing information to people who either need help with their businesses or who want to open a business and don’t know where to begin this process.

LAEDA Celebrates Its Graduates with Annual Ceremony at the Kroc Center

A favorite tradition among staff, every October LAEDA takes the time to acknowledge its community of entrepreneurs and small business owners with an annual graduation ceremony for its cornerstone nine-week trainings, the Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP) and the Women’s Business Academy. Held on October 25 at Camden’s Salvation Army Kroc Center, the event featured 24 newly-minted graduates from the Spring 2018, Winter 2018, and Fall 2017 cohorts.

The Essentials of Valuable Networking and Relationship Building

Bordentown, NJ – On October 18, LAEDA hosted an event called, “Take the !?!? Out of Networking,” which was presented by our alumnus, Christopher Hampton, a motivational speaker and owner of Champ I AM. Christopher shared his expertise, experiences, and knowledge about entrepreneurship and the world of networking. Entrepreneurs gathered to learn how to make connections, build trust, and make strong relationships that last naturally and mutually.
