Mr. Lamboy assumed the position of President & CEO of LAEDA in December of 2007. After an exhaustive search, the Board of Directors recognized Mr. Lamboy as having the requisite skills and vision to lead LAEDA into the future. As a second generation owner of Lamboy Furniture Company, a family-owned business here in the City of Camden since 1970, Mr. Lamboy brings a unique prospective to the economic development mission of LAEDA. Mr. Lamboy believes that the future of the City of Camden rests in strengthening and growing the city’s business community and empowering individuals to own their own businesses. Mr. Lamboy holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, has been certified by Main Street New Jersey as having completed the Downtown Revitalization Institute year long training program and has attended national training conferences hosted by the National Main Street Center and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) - Urban Forums.

Annabel Soto, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Soto joined LAEDA in November of 2010 as our Receptionist/Fiscal Management Clerk. In this role, Ms. Soto was responsible for the management of LAEDA's fiscal operations and communications. Ms. Soto was promoted to Administrative Assistant in September of 2011. As the Administrative Assistant of the organization, Ms. Soto coordinates the administrative functions of the organization. She oversees day to day operations of the organization while coordinating executive and program support. As the former Procurement Manager and Special Projects coordinator for APM of Philadelphia and the Enrollment Management Coordinator for the Catholic School Partnership here in the City of Camden, Ms. Soto brings a wide range of administrative experience to LAEDA combined with an extensive network of relationships throughout the community to LAEDA. Ms. Soto holds a BA in Business Administration from Pierce College and is fully bi-ligual in Spanish and English.

Kyle Santoferraro, Coordinator - Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP)

Mr. Santoferraro joined LAEDA’s staff in December of 2009 to coordinate EDTP. He completed an internship in August of 2009 with LAEDA, as well as one with the Galloway Township Business Association. As Coordinator of EDTP, Mr. Santoferraro oversees the recruitment and selection of candidates, the administration of the program, the completion of business plans and the startup of new businesses. Mr. Santoferraro brings new energy and a unique cutting edge perspective to EDTP and LAEDA. He holds two Bachelors of Arts Degrees from Richard Stockton College in Economics and Business Studies.

Gabriela Sanchez, Technical Assistance Coordinator - EDTP

Ms. Sanchez joined LAEDA’s staff in January 2011 as Technical Assistant Coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP). In her role as TA Coordinator, Ms. Sanchez coordinates technical assistance services for both in session students and EDTP graduates. She manages the recruitment and selection process for EDTP candidates and administers the programs curriculum and program activities. Ms. Sanchez holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from Temple University and is both Bi-lingual and Bi cultural. She interned with Philadelphia International Advisors as Financial Regional Analyst in 2009. Gabriela’s background in international business and finance are a great addition to the LAEDA team.
