Camden, NJ- June 14, 2018- Parkside business owners and entrepreneurs, along with LAEDA and its team, came together for a night called Anatomy of the Pitch & Speed Networking at the Camden County Historical Society. The event began with Jamila Powell, Program Manager for LAEDA’s Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP), providing an overview of the evening’s agenda. Then, Miosha Lawrence, Homeownership Coordinator at Parkside Business & Community in Partnership (PBCIP) gave opening remarks. Ms. Lawrence began by stating “We asked what people wanted to see happen in Parkside and the outcome was to get into the entrepreneurial side in order to develop opportunities and projects that match Parkside’s mission.” She and PBCIP felt LAEDA was a good way to fulfill that need.
