On the evening of October 22nd, Mr. Eric Newman, Assistant program of LAEDA Business Services Center, taught Business Plan Writing to a virtual audience of 19 students representing current and aspiring business owners from Southern New Jersey.

Utilizing LAEDA’s Business Planning curriculum that reflects its 33 years in the industry, Mr. Newman instructed the group in essential components of the business plan and its usages. The webinar covered topics such as the purpose of writing a business plan and how to draft a business plan outline. The goal of the webinar was to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to begin to draft their own business plan.

“It was a great opportunity to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs and introduce them to LAEDA’s approach to business planning that we’ve honed from over three decades of experience. We had a diverse group of business ideas from a gaming lounge to a Caribbean restaurant. LAEDA offers it continued support in helping our clients and students achieve their business goals”, said Mr. Newman.
