LAEDA Sponsors the North Camden House Decorating Contest for 2017

Camden, NJ – Camden Lutheran Housing Inc.(CLHI) and its Block Supporter Program organized North Camden’s first time in a long time Holiday House Decorating Contest. The judging committee made up of residents, including youth and CLHI staff chose from more than 56 decorated homes and businesses to award five awards: Best Decorated Business, Best Decorated Block and the LAEDA sponsored prizes for Most Festive House, Most Creative House and the Youth’s Choice Award.

 “Camden Lutheran Housing and the Block Supporter Program have done such great work in North Camden to build neighborhood pride and community”, said Ray Lamboy, President & CEO of LAEDA.  “We are pleased to be able to sponsor the Home Decorating Contest and support Camden Lutheran’s efforts.”

* Most Creative House: 316 York Street
* Youth Choice Award: 434 State Street
 
The judging was conducted over two days in late December.  * Winners received a $50 Home Depot gift card.
