LAEDA is excited to collaborate with Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) to offer a tuition-free leadership training program that helps small businesses build capacity and resiliency for long-term sustainable growth. A self-paced program, ICCC provides entrepreneurs with the tools to develop and strengthen their growth strategy, along with access to capital to help implement that strategy. Take a look at this short video to learn about how ICCC can impact your business! A free, 40-hour “mini-MBA on steroids,” the ICCC program provides business owners access to capital, one-on-one coaching, and short and long-term growth strategies. ICCC participants will develop their growth strategy, and build connections with industry experts and fellow entrepreneurs, and access to our network of over 7,000 alumni! The 2024 ICCC New Jersey cohort launches on July 23rd, and interested business owners can apply here by June 21st. The ICCC program gives business owners the tools and connections to take their business to the next level. As alum Jhoiey Ramirez said, “This program … it’s an MBA on steroids.
