The Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP) is implemented in 1990 in response to the need to provide alternate routes to employment to residents through business ownership.  EDTP becomes the cornerstone of LAEDA’s business education programs.  EDTP is responsible for the creation of hundreds of businesses, the creation of thousands of jobs and the transformation of untold lives.
