LAEDA Celebrates Entrepreneurial Development Training Program Graduates: Session 103

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, twelve driven and passionate individuals celebrated a significant milestone by completing LAEDA’s Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP) – Session 103. Over the course of nine intensive weeks, these aspiring business owners dedicated more than 72 hours to learning from industry experts, refining their business plans, and preparing to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

The graduates represent a vibrant and diverse mix of industries, including beauty and clothing, doula services, wedding services, administrative and general management consulting, child and youth services, health supplement retail, services for the elderly and persons with disabilities, janitorial services, retail bakeries, testing laboratories, and musical groups and artists. Each brought a unique story of passion, resilience, and determination to the program.

Jiao Xu, Program Manager at LAEDA’s Business Services Center, set the tone with inspiring opening remarks:
“We build knowledge here. Through this program, you’ve not only gained valuable skills but also connected with us, your peers, and a network of supportive organizations. Sharing resources and building community is just as important as building your business.”

Raymond Lamboy, President & CEO of LAEDA, delivered a heartfelt message that motivated graduates to keep pushing forward:
“On orientation night, you were strangers. Today, you are friends and colleagues. What comes next? Keep learning. Apply what you’ve learned. I encourage you to continue your growth with a selection of books that will help build your skills and broaden your horizons. Use your knowledge, connections, and tools to truly make an impact.”

LAEDA remains committed to empowering entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey—providing the training, resources, and community support necessary to transform ideas into thriving businesses. Congratulations to the Session 103 graduates on this tremendous achievement. The future is bright!

A proud alum of LAEDA’s Entrepreneurial Development Training Program, Angel shared his personal journey:

“LAEDA really helps and stays in touch with you. I didn’t know much about the business side of things when I started. What began as a side hustle has now grown into a self-employed venture, and I’m working toward becoming a business owner. Through LAEDA’s programs, I learned to build a clientele, market my services, and so much more. I still use the lessons from the nine-week business training program today. I started with the Quick Start series and kept working on my goals, step by step. My advice? Don’t let setbacks stop you and don’t fear the unknown—just keep moving forward, even if it takes time.”

Angel and his team launched Seek Pest Solutions LLC in April 2023 and proudly serve New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware.
