Ms. Mariluz Gonzalez joined the board of LAEDA in December of 2011. She currently holds the position of SVP/Consumer Compliance Officer at the Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

 

With over 25 years of Retail Banking experience Ms. Gonzalez has served in roles of VP CRA & Fair Responsible Lending and Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing 18 bank branches throughout Cape May and Atlantic Counties and Branch Administrator responsible for the operational oversight of 85 branches for Sun National Bank. Ms. Gonzalez is a recent graduate of the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking.

 

She is active in the community, having made contributions to the Cumberland County Economic Development Board as well as its 10-year Strategic Planning Committee. She also served as Vice Chair of the United Way of Cumberland County Board and served as a mentor on behalf of New Jersey Association of Business Owners’ Corporate Supplier Diversity Program. Ms. Gonzalez’s community development experience and vast banking expertise combined with her connections to various civic and philanthropic organizations provides LAEDA with a private sector perspective to its mission.
