Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or just starting out, having a Business Plan to guide your efforts is priceless. Business Plan I outlines the various parts of the business plan and its role in applying for financing to expand an existing business or to start a new one.
Night two, we will cover Creating a Plan of Action- Business Plan I. During this seminar you’ll learn the importance of a business plan and putting short-term and long-term goals and helping you come up with a plan to help you achieve your business goals.
