Unit 2 of the Quick Start Series is focused on the importance of a business plan.  Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or just starting out, having a Business Plan to guide your efforts is priceless.  Business Plan I outlines the various parts of the business plan and its role in applying for financing to expand an existing business or to start a new one.
