What is the condition of your business? This was the subject of the first session of the Business As A Second Language Series presented by LAEDA in partnership with Wells Fargo Bank.

Business owners representing various business sectors were on hand Saturday March 19, 2011 at the New Jersey Technology Center in Camden, N.J. to participate in this exciting series.

Business strategists and creators of the series, Pablo Bianchi and Paola Manrique led business owners in intensive discussions about small business structures, systems and diagnostic strategies to prepare them for the upcoming sessions of the series.

“Pablo and Paola are dynamic strategists,” said Raymond L. Lamboy, President & CEO of LAEDA, “I had an opportunity to speak with the participants after today’s session and words like “excellent, eye-opening and great” were used over and over again to describe their strategies and insights.”

The “Business As a Second Language Program” is an intensive series of workshops designed to solidify the foundations and the structure of small business and promote their longevity and value, allowing them to build greater value for their business, thereby converting their number one asset into a wealth vehicle that will support their future business ventures and eventually retirement.
