Food Trucking 101 is an 8 week course that gives those thinking about starting a mobile food business a complete understanding of the industry and the steps needed to get a mobile food business off the ground.
The course is held one-night per week from 6:00pm - 8:30pm over an eight week period. Those who complete the entire course will receive a certificate of completion.
Qualified Applicants should have the following:
· Documented experience in the restaurant or food production industry
· Minimum available capital of $3,000 to launch the business
· Applicant plans to start the business within 6 months to a year after completing the course.
· Submit a refundable training deposit of $100 upon acceptance to the course.
