LAEDA Women's Business Center (WBC) Presents:

Using The Census To Find Your Customers

Small Business Owners- How do you market your business in the most efficient way?

Future Small Business Owners- How do you select a location that is accessible to your target market?

The U.S. Census Bureau provides an incredible wealth of data that can be useful to small business owners, but accessing this information can be challenging if you don't know where to look. The Census Business Builder provides easy access to key demographic, socioeconomic, and housing data that can help an entrepreneur better understand their target market.

Census Business Builder also includes key business and other data to better understand the potential competition and suppliers. This workshop will provide a hands-on overview and demo of the Small Business Edition of CBB to look at the market’s size, demographics, unique traits, and trends that relate to demand for your business or future business.

LAEDA Women's Business Center is funded in part though a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
