Google Analytics

Your website is an important part of your brand and marketing plan. Google Analytics is a powerful tool for monitoring traffic to your website. These insights can tell you more about the strength of your website as well as how and why potential customers are visiting your website.

Join this hands-on training at the LAEDA Tech Lab. This workshop is for small business owners with a website who have been in business at least a year. An account with Google is also required.

The workshop will be divided in 2 sections: 

1)        5pm-6pm Google Analytics Set Up for business owners who have not yet set up their account

2)         6pm-8pm How to use Google Analytics to explore:

• How can your website tell you about customer demographics?
• Where are your customers coming from?
• Is your website performing its job?
• Terms - What does unique visitor vs. new visitor mean? What is a bounce rate? What are interactions?
• Reports - Quickly learn how to create reports, learn from your data, and make necessary adjustments.
 

This workshop will be presented by Yessenia Garcia-Lebron of HOLA, a bilingual, communications plan and marketing strategy agency.

The workshop will be interactive, all participants will follow along at their computer station.

Our computer lab training work station seating is extremely limited. Registration is first come, first served. We will notify you if you have reserved a spot OR if you have been placed on our waiting list. Please note that all registrants will also be required to confirm their attendance the week of the training. Failure to confirm will result in a forfeit of your seat
