Nicola G. Suglia, Esquire
Nicola G. Suglia has been a member of LAEDA’s board of directors since January of 2013. As an attorney and partner with Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia, Mr. Suglia leads the firm’s efforts in commercial litigation and creditor’s rights within the commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Suglia speaks Spanish fluently and has a conversational knowledge of Italian. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
As a law student, Mr. Suglia interned with Community Legal Services - Hispanic Outreach Project for the Elderly (“HOPE”) program in Philadelphia. The focus of this project was to provide free legal representation by Spanish-speaking staff to Latino elders across a wide variety of issues. Continuing his passion for the law, Mr. Suglia has participated on several panels including serving as a judge for the Rutgers University School of Law Hunter Moot Court Competition and the Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial Competition.
Mr. Suglia’s entrepreneurial spirit has been fuelled by his involvement growing up in the family business, Nick & Joe’s Pizzeria & Restaurant in Haddon Township, which has remained in his family to this day.
